Pan de Muerto is a Mexican sweet bread with buttery, citrusy flavors and a sugary crunch.  A Day of the Dead must-have, embodying love and remembrance in every bite. 

Step 1: Mix milk, yeast, sugar, and flour; rest until foamy. 

Step 2: Sift flour in stand mixer, add salt and sugar. 

Step 3: Whisk eggs with orange juice, blossom water, zest. 

Step 4: Knead dough with butter, then add pre-ferment mix. 

Step 5: Shape, proof, bake, cool, brush with butter, and sprinkle with sugar before slicing.
