Step 1: Place 1.5 cups of oats in a blender or food processor and pulse until they become a flour-like consistency.
Step 2: In a bowl, combine the oat flour with rolled oats, chopped chips, walnuts, ground cinnamon, baking soda, and a pinch of salt.
Step 3: In a separate mixing bowl, mix eggs, agave syrup or honey, and melted coconut oil until well combined.
Step 4: Gradually add the egg mixture to the bowl with dry ingredients, stirring until everything is well combined
Step 5: Bake at 350°F/175°C for 12-15 minutes until golden brown. Cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack. Enjoy!
