Step 1: Cook beans in salted water for 5 mins, then drain.
Step 2: Combine tomatoes, onion, chili, garlic, 1 cup water; blend.
Step 3: Heat oil, add blended mix, cumin, salt, pepper; simmer 5 mins.
Step 4: Mix in beans, cook for 3 mins.
Step 5: Whisk eggs, add to beans. Let set for 30 secs, then gently mix until fully cooked. Season and serve.
