Step 1: Mix tomatoes, onions, chilies, cilantro, lime juice, and salt in a bowl. Set aside.
Step 2: Sauté chopped onions and chilies in olive oil until soft.
Step 3: Add cooked beans, cumin, oregano; cook, mash, and set aside.
Step 4: Cut rolls, spread butter, roast on griddle.
Step 5: Top with beans, cheese, bake, add pico de gallo, and serve hot.
