Step 1: Mix blue masa harina and water in a large mixing bowl .

Step 2: Until it turns into a soft and nice dough that doesn't stick to your hands.

"

Step 3: Divide blue corn masa and form small balls. Keep them covered to prevent drying out.

Step 4: Use two sheets of plastic to make a dough cake pressing with your fingers.

"

Step 5: Use a heavy dish and press to form a tortilla. Or you can also use a tortilla press if wanted.

"

Step 6: Peel the plastic and take the raw blue tortilla with your hand.

"

Step 7: Then cook it on a hot pan or comal. About 1 minute per side.

Place between a kitchen towel and repeat until all masa is used.
