tequila blanco or reposado

fresh lime juice

triple sec liqueur
(such as Cointreau)

lime wedge
(+ 2 lime wheels for garnish)

Tablespoon
fine salt
(for glass rims)
Instructions
Run a lime wedge around the outer rims of 2 margarita glasses and dip rims in salt. Set aside.
Put into a cocktail shaker tequila, fresh lime juice, triple sec, and a pinch of salt. Shake until chilled.
Fill each margarita glass with fresh ice and strain margarita cocktail into the glasses. Garnish with lime wheels and serve.
