Instructions
Slice the sausages into bite-sized rounds and place them in a large mixing bowl.
Add the tomatoes, cucumber, onion, jalapeño, and cilantro.
Pour in the lime juice, Maggi seasoning, Worcestershire sauce, Clamato sauce, and ketchup.
Stir everything until evenly combined.
Taste and adjust with more lime juice, salt, or pepper if needed.
Chill for 20 to 30 minutes if you have time, then serve cold with tortilla chips, crackers, or tostadas.
Notes
Fresh lime juice gives the best flavor.
For less heat, remove the jalapeño seeds.
Stir again before serving if it has been refrigerated.
This recipe is easy to double for parties.
