Step 1: Mix beef with oil, lime juice, garlic, cumin, salt, and pepper, then add beer and marinate covered for 30 minutes in the fridge.
Step 2: Cook peppers on a griddle or skillet until softened. Remove and do the same with onions.
Step 3: Stir-fry the marinated beef until cooked through and colored.
