Tacos de pescado, or Baja fish tacos, offers a delightful combination of crispy, tender fish that is bursting with flavor.  With my easy recipe, satisfy a crowd with these mouthwatering tacos. 

Step 1: Mix red cabbage, tomatoes, onion, cucumber, cilantro, and chili peppers for coleslaw. Add lime juice, vinegar, oregano, and salt. Set aside. 

Step 2: Mix flour, spices, beer (or sparkling water), and egg in a bowl. Chill batter for 30 minutes. 

Step 3: Cut the fish fillets into strips and season them with salt and pepper. 

Step 4: Coat the fish strips with the prepared batter, ensuring they are evenly coated on all sides. 

Step 5: Fry fish until golden and crispy. Drain on a strainer. Heat tortillas, add fish, coleslaw, sauce, and lime. Enjoy!
