Mulitas are a popular Mexican street food that combines the flavors of tacos and quesadillas. Whether enjoyed on their own or with a side of spicy salsa.

Step 1: Make the guacamole by mashing ripe avocadoes with lime juice, salt, diced onion, chilies, and chopped cilantro in a bowl.

Step 2: Make the steak by seasoning beef and sautéing  until no longer pink.

Step 3: Heat the pan and put the tortilla with the meat and cheese.

Step 4: Put more cheese and cover it with another tortilla. 

Step 5: Keep flipping until cheese is melted.  Serve mulita and add guacamole and pico de gallo inside.
