Embrace tradition with Champurrado: a warm, sweet Mexican drink blending corn masa, chocolate, and spices.  A comforting delight for chilly days or with tamales, showcasing Mexico's cultural richness.

Step 1: Combine piloncillo, cinnamon, and chocolate in a pot. 

"

Step 2: Boil 2 ½ cups water, then simmer 6-7 mins with the mix. 

"

Step 3: Blend 2 cups milk with masa harina in a cup. 

"

Step 4: Gradually add masa harina mix to pot, pour in remaining milk.

"

Step 5: Cook 10-12 mins, adjust sweetness, rest 5 mins, serve in mugs. 

Take a sip of  this warm Champurrado!
