Discover Café de Olla: Authentic Mexican coffee brewed with cinnamon and piloncillo in a clay pot.  A warm, flavorful start to your day with a touch of tradition.


– 8 Tablespoons  ground coffee – 5 ½ oz piloncillo (or brown sugar) – 8 ¼ cups water – 2 sticks cinnamon – 2 anise star – 2 whole clove


Step 1: Boil water in a medium pot. Add piloncillo, cinnamon, anise star, and cloves.


Step 2: Simmer for 5 mins, stirring occasionally. 


Step 3: Mix in ground coffee, cover, and remove from heat. 


Step 4: Steep for 5-10 mins, strain into mugs, and savor.
