Step 1: Prepare the garnishes for tacos de bistec: salsa, onions, cilantro, sautéed onions and chilies, etc.
Step 2: Season bistec meat with salt, pepper, garlic, and cumin powder.
Step 3: Cook for 4-5 minutes with oil in a pan. Until the meat starts to release its juices and changes its color.
