Transform leftover hibiscus flowers into a flavorful delight with Easy Tacos de Jamaica. Sautéed with spices and veggies, these meatless tacos offer a creative and delicious twist. 

Step 1: Rinse hibiscus flowers and boil in 3-4 cups of water for 5 minutes until soft. Let them soak for 10 minutes, then strain and press out excess liquid. 

Step 2: Sauté onions in olive oil for 1-2 minutes, then add tomatoes, chipotle peppers, cumin, salt, and pepper. Cook for 2-3 minutes. 

Step 3: Add hibiscus flowers, cook for 3-4 minutes until flavored. Adjust seasoning, then turn off heat. 

Step 4: Warm tortillas in a pan. Place hibiscus mixture in the center of each tortilla. 

Step 5: Top with pico de gallo, diced avocado, and queso fresco. Enjoy your Easy Tacos de Jamaica!
