Step 1: Combine cabbage, tomatoes, onion, cucumber, carrots, cilantro, chilies, lime juice, oregano, and salt to make the slaw.
Step 2: Mix flour, garlic powder, paprika, baking powder, salt, black pepper, egg, and beer to create a batter. Chill in the fridge for 30 minutes.
Step 3: Coat shrimp in the batter and fry in hot oil until golden and crispy. Drain on a rack or strainer. Repeat for all shrimp.
Step 4: Heat tortillas until soft and place a warm corn tortilla on a plate. Add fried shrimp and top with slaw.
Step 5: Repeat for remaining tortillas and serve Mexican shrimp tacos with chipotle sauce and lime. Enjoy!
