Step 1: Heat lard or oil in a pan, add and cook chorizo for 10 minutes.
Step 2: Warm tortillas in chorizo fat on a skillet until soft.
Step 3: Assemble tacos by placing chorizo, lettuce, onions, and cilantro on each tortilla.
Step 4: Serve with a side of zesty salsa and a squeeze of lime.
