Step 1: Prepare the poblano peppers by washing them thoroughly under cold water then pat them dry.
Step 2: Place on a baking sheet, then broil until the peppers' skin is wrinkled and charred all over.
Step 3: Let peppers sweat by covering it for 15 mins. Peel off skin, discard stem, seeds, and membranes.
Step 4: Blend cream, cilantro, garlic, and salt to preferred texture. Blend longer for smoother texture.
Step 5: Adjust salt to taste and serve it in a bowl. You can use it as a dipping sauce, appetizer, pasta sauce, and a lot more!
