Step 1: Boil water in a pot and add salt. Cook spaghetti as directed.
Step 2: As pasta cooks, sauté ham in heated oil and butter until slightly browned.
Step 3: Combine cream, bouillon, spices, and pasta water in pan. Simmer until sauce thickens.
Step 4: Toss drained pasta in the sauce. Serve with queso fresco and parsley.
