Step 1: Make the tomato sauce by boiling tomatoes for about 10 minutes.
Step 2: Remove the peel of the tomatoes, chop them in half, and scrape out the seeds. Add 1 cup of water, onion, garlic, and oregano. Until smooth, blend.
Step 3: Heat oil in a large pan, add butter and wait for it to melt. Add the tomato sauce, season, and cook for 5 minutes or until the sauce darkens and thickens.
Step 4: Add cream cheese or Mexican crema and stir until well-combined. Season and let it simmer for 3 minutes or until the sauce thickens.
Step 5: Add the cooked pasta onto the sauce and stir for 1 minute for a nicely coated and creamy pasta. Serve and enjoy!
