Step 1: Combine milk, rice, sugar, and cinnamon in a pot, bring to a boil.

Step 3: Adjust consistency with more milk if desired.
Step 4: Turn off heat, add condensed milk, vanilla extract, and lime zest. Serve with a sprinkle of cinnamon.
