Step 1: Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat, sauté bell peppers and onion.
Step 2: Simmer seasoned ground beef with tomatoes until cooked and juices reduce, about 10-15 minutes.
Step 3: Warm tortillas, fill with picadillo, and fold it in half.
Step 4: Fry tacos in oil, pressing down edges until crispy on both sides.
Step 5: Open tacos, garnish with lettuce, tomato, cream, salsa, and cheese. Enjoy!
