Step 1: 1Boil water with a cinnamon stick and cloves, simmer until reduced by half.
Step 2: Mix lard, butter, sugar, and salt until fluffy, then add flour and ground cinnamon. Gradually incorporate cinnamon tea at low speed until the dough forms.
Step 3: Roll out the dough and cut them into star shapes.
Step 4: Bake at 360°F for 15-17 minutes.
Step 5: Coat in cinnamon sugar and cool on a wire rack.
