Chipotle Crema Sauce

Ingredients

chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
(or less if you don't want it spicy)

cup
Mexican crema or greek yogurt
▢

garlic clove
(peeled)
▢

Tbsp
lime juice
▢

tsp
salt
▢
½
tsp
sugar
(optional, read notes)
Instructions
Place all ingredients in a blender. You can also use a food processor or a immersion blender.
Blend until you will have a smooth sauce (2 minutes).
Taste and adjust with salt if needed.
