This Agua de Plátano is so refreshing, creamy, and with a wonderful taste of banana. It is also super easy to make and perfect to pair with your favorite Mexican foods!

Instructions
Add the bananas, evaporated milk, condensed milk, cinnamon, vanilla, and 2 cups of water to a blender.
Blend until nicely smooth and then transfer the mixture to a large pitcher with ice.
Add the remaining water and stir to combine.
Adjust sweet to taste by adding a little bit of sugar if needed.
Serve in glasses with a sprinkle of ground cinnamon and enjoy.
Notes
Use ripe, yellow bananas with brown spots. Ripe bananas are sweeter and have a more pronounced flavor, which will enhance the taste of this drink.
If you prefer a smoother and pulp-free texture, strain the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve or cheesecloth to remove any banana fibers or solids.
