Treat yourself to Tasca di Vitello Ripiena, an Italian favorite! Stuffed veal breast filled with a delicious mix of mushrooms, cheese, and savory bread.  

Step 1: Soak bread in beef stock, crumble, and mix with mushrooms, cheese, egg, and spices. 

Step 2: Sauté onion and garlic, add mushrooms, salt, and pepper; set aside to cool. 

Step 3: Stuff veal with the mushroom mixture and sew it with kitchen twine. 

Step 4: Roast in a preheated oven, basting regularly for a flavorful crust.
