Simple Ensalada Verde

This Ensalada Verde recipe features fresh lettuce, crisp cucumber, juicy tomatoes, red onions, and zesty lime dressing.  A quick, healthy side for any meal.

Step 1: Wash and dry lettuce leaves, then cut into bite-sized pieces and place in a large bowl.

Step 2: Add tomatoes, onions, and cucumber to the bowl. 

Step 3: In a small bowl, mix lime juice, vinegar, olive oil, oregano, salt, and pepper to make the dressing. 

Step 4: Pour dressing over vegetables, toss for one minute, adjust salt, and serve immediately.
