Step 1: Fry bacon and set aside to cool, then make longwise incisions in the meat and stuff with prunes, bacon, and walnuts, layering them.
Step 2: Season the meat with salt, pepper, and garlic powder; then, tie it or roast as is.
Step 3: Make the prune sauce.
Step 4: Roast the prepared pork loin, sear until browned, pour prune sauce, cover and roast.
Step 5: Allow to rest for 20 minutes before slicing.
