Tamales de Picadillo are stuffed with scrumptious mixture of ground beef, sauce, olives, and vegetables. Those tamales are perfect to celebrate Día de la Candelaria!

Step 1: Make the sauce with guajillo peppers, garlic, cumin, peppercorns, and oregano.

Step 2: Make the filling with ground beef, guajillo sauce, and vegetables.

Step 3: Prepare the tamales dough with masa harina, lard, and beef stock.

Step 4: Spread tamales dough in a corn husk and add the ground beef filling.

Step 5: Wrap nicely and place tamales in a steamer. Steam for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
