Step 1: Cook the beans with onion, garlic, + salt. With the method you prefer: Stovetop, Instant Pot, Slow Cooker, etc.
Step 2: Fry bacon and chorizo until slightly browned. Then stir in onion and chilies and cook until soft.
Step 3: Add tomatoes, hotdog, ham, and spices. Cook for 5-6 minutes.
Step 4: Add beans + cooking water and simmer for 20 minutes. Adjust seasonings.
