Mexican green onions, or Cebollitas Asadas, are a mouthwatering delight—a smoky, tender, and flavorful side dish for grilled meats.  Cebollitas Asadas are a must-try to serve with your carne asada or tacos! 

Step 1: Trim and clean the green onions, removing any wilted or damaged parts, and pat them dry.

Step 2: Preheat the grill (charcoal or gas) to high heat, then grill the green onions with olive oil to prevent sticking and enhance flavor. 

Step 3: Grill for 3-4 minutes per side until slightly charred and tender, rotating for even cooking.

Step 4: Transfer to a serving platter, drizzle with lime juice, sprinkle with salt, and serve with grilled meat.
