Indulge in the creamy decadence of Mexican Flan de Calabaza! This easy-to-make delicacy blends pumpkin puree, eggs, condensed milk, and aromatic spices to create a subtly pumpkin-flavored treat.  

Step 1: Preheat the oven and create caramel by melting sugar in a saucepan. 

Step 2: Coat a baking pan with the caramel and blend eggs with pumpkin puree. 

Step 3: Mix in condensed milk, evaporated milk, vanilla, and pumpkin spices. 

Step 4: Pour the custard into the caramel-coated pan and bake in a water bath.
