2 cups all-purpose flour  1 cup white sugar 4 medium eggs ¾ cup plain yogurt ⅓ cup vegetable oil 1 tsp lemon zest 1 tsp vanilla extract 4 tsp baking powder ½ tsp baking soda ¼ tsp salt powdered sugar

Step 1: Mix eggs with sugar until light and fluffy (5-6 minutes)


Step 2: Add flour, baking powder, baking soda, oil, yogurt, vanilla, and lemon zest. Mix to make the batter.


Step 3: Transfer batter to a greased and floured ring-shaped pan .


Step 4: Bake at 360°F/180°C for 45-50 minutes or until a skewer comes out clean.


Step 5: Let the ciambellone cake sit for 10 minutes. Then remove it from the pan and dust it with confectioner's sugar.
