3jalapeno peppers(diced - seeds and veins removed)
bunchcilantro(chopped)
1lime(juice)
salt(to taste)
Instructions
In a mixing bowl, place pineapple, jalapenos, onions, cilantro, and lime juice.
Season with salt and mix well to combine.
Adjust flavor by adding more lime juice, salt, or chilies.
Cover the bowl and allow the salsa to rest for at least 10 minutes before serving.
Notes
Using a food processor:Place first onions, jalapenos, and cilantro, and pulse a few times until you’ll have the ingredients chopped evenly. Place on a bowl. Add now the pineapple to the food processor and pulse a few times as well, don’t over-blend!Place pineapple onto the bowl with the other ingredients, add lime juice, and season with salt to taste.
