Step 1
Make the "recaudo" by blending together fresh tomatoes, onions, and garlic.
Step 2
Fry "conchitas" pasta in a medium stockpot. Then drain the excess of oil using a wire colander.

Add first the tomato sauce, vegetables and cilantro or epazote. Pour chicken stock and bring to a boil.
step 4
Add fried pasta and cook everything until tender. It takes only from 8 to 10 minutes!
Adjust salt to taste...
Serve with a squeeze of lime...yum!
