Chicken Birria Tacos

Stir fry the spices (garlic, peppercorns, cumin seeds, etc), add chilies and stir, last, add tomatoes and onions.
Cook the spices
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until you’ll have a silky smooth sauce.
3 - Coat
Add sauce to chicken, coat and marinate from 8 to 24 hrs.
Instant Pot: High, 25 minutes then natural release 30 minutes. Slow Cooker: 6 hours on high or 8 hours on low. Oven: at 375°F (190°C) for about 1 hour and 30 min.
Dip tortillas on birria oil, heat on a skillet, add some cheese and shredded chicken. Fold & Enjoy!
