En el caso de no estar en temporada pueden utilizar hongos secos (poni\u00e9ndolos primero a remojar en agua tibia) o incluso congelados pero eviten los enlatados ya que los conservantes alteran de mucho el sabor final.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para un aroma particular aconsejamos de dejar lado el cl\u00e1sico romero y utilizar por ejemplo enebro. El aroma durante la cocci\u00f3n es exquisito.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00bfSe puede preparar con anticipaci\u00f3n?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Si, absolutamente. Esta receta se puede preparar hasta con tres d\u00edas de anticipo. Una vez cocinada la ternera rellena, la envuelven con papel aluminio y la dejan enfriar completamente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El siguiente paso es ponerla en el refrigerador hasta que sea que el momento de consumirla (no m\u00e1s de 3 d\u00edas).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para servirla pueden cortarla primero en rodajas y enseguida ponerla en una fuente en el horno, bien tapada de papel aluminio para que no se seque.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ternera rellena. Receta paso a paso<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><em>La lista de ingredientes la encuentran abajo en la tarjeta de receta.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Poner a remojar el pan en en un cuenco con la mitad del caldo de carne. Limpiar los hongos y cortarlos en trozos peque\u00f1os. Picar finamente la cebolla junto con el ajo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En una sart\u00e9n calentar un poco de aceite y agregar los hongos y el ajo, sofre\u00edr a fuego moderado hasta que los hongos est\u00e9n tiernos y casi todo el l\u00edquido se haya consumado. Cocinar por 20 minutos y enseguida ba\u00f1ar con el vino.
