Tambi\u00e9n abajo encontrar\u00e1n un video con el paso a paso.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Preparar la salsa con carne<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Limpiar la cebolla, las zanahorias y el apio. Picarlos finamente. Salpimentar al gusto, agregar 1 taza de agua y mezclar. Destapar la cazuela y dejar reducir la salsa, debe quedar poco jugo pero no completamente seca (ver video). Dejarlos enfriar y pelarlos, cortarlos en rodajas. Rallar el queso mozarella o cortarlo en cubitos si prefieren. Reservar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cocer la pasta <em>al dente<\/em> (se terminar\u00e1 de cocinar en el horno). Poner mitad de la pasta y distribuirla bien en todo el refractario. 390\u00b0F (200\u00b0C), poner el timbal dentro y hornear entre 10 y 15 minutos o hasta que la capa de queso encima comience a burbujear.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Notas<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>El timbal de pasta se puede preparar con salsa rag\u00f9 del supermercado, lo que es una gran ventaja ya que nos ahorramos la preparaci\u00f3n de la salsa.<\/li><li>Pueden hacer este platillo uno o dos d\u00edas antes y en lugar de hornearlo lo pueden poner en el refrigerador para hacerlo despu\u00e9s. <\/li><li>La \u00fanica \u00abregla\u00bb de tener en cuenta es el de dejar la pasta muy <em>al dente<\/em> para que al momento de darle la \u00faltima pasada en el horno se termine de cocer.<\/li><li>Pueden agregar <a href=\"https:\/\/www.maricruzavalos.com\/es\/salsa-bechamel\/\" class=\"rank-math-link\">salsa bechamel<\/a> entre las capas del timbal y encima junto con la mozzarella, queda
