Esta receta consiste en un pan alto, de textura esponjada y ligeramente seca y con del sabor salado y algo fuerte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A este pan se le conoce adem\u00e1s por muchos otros nombres que dependen de la regi\u00f3n en Italia, por ejemplo: <em>Crescia al formaggio, pizza al formaggio, pizza di pasqua marchigiana, pizza di pasqua abruzzese, torta di pasqua, torta al formaggio<\/em>, etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Como se sirve<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Tradicionalmente, la <em>crescia al formaggio<\/em> se sirve en el desayuno pascual acompa\u00f1ando un cl\u00e1sico embutido de estas fechas: <em>Corallina<\/em>. Tambi\u00e9n se sirve como entrada durante el almuerzo de Pascua o durante el picnic de <em>pasquetta<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"1000\" height=\"1377\" data-pin-url=\"https:\/\/www.maricruzavalos.com\/es\/pizza-de-pascua\/?tp_image_id=39682\" src=\"https:\/\/www.maricruzavalos.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/04\/a-slice-of-crescia-di-pasqua.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-39682\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.maricruzavalos.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/04\/a-slice-of-crescia-di-pasqua.jpg 1000w, https:\/\/www.maricruzavalos.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/04\/a-slice-of-crescia-di-pasqua-218x300.jpg 218w, https:\/\/www.maricruzavalos.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/04\/a-slice-of-crescia-di-pasqua-744x1024.jpg 744w, https:\/\/www.maricruzavalos.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/04\/a-slice-of-crescia-di-pasqua-768x1058.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.maricruzavalos.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/04\/a-slice-of-crescia-di-pasqua-150x207.jpg 150w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1000px) 100vw, 1000px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">La Pascua Italiana<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>En Italia la Pascua es una fiesta familiar donde, como en la mayor parte de las fiestas Italianas, se re\u00fane la familia alrededor de la mesa para degustar los cl\u00e1sicos platillos de esta fiesta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fuera del contexto religioso, a mi la Pascua Italiana me gusta mucho por el sentido gastron\u00f3mico que tiene: El <strong>domingo de Pascua<\/strong> es tradici\u00f3n comenzar con un buen desayuno, cosa rara en este pa\u00eds donde el desayuno t\u00edpico es solo un cappuccino con pan dulce.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En las mesas Italianas esa ma\u00f1ana es com\u00fan encontrar platillos dulces y salados como huevos duros, <em>corallina<\/em>, tartas, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.maricruzavalos.com\/es\/casatiello-napolitano\/\" class=\"rank-math-link\">casatiello<\/a>, etc. Dependiendo de la regi\u00f3n, cada casa tiene sus preferencias y costumbres.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"683\" data-pin-url=\"https:\/\/www.maricruzavalos.com\/es\/pizza-de-pascua\/?tp_image_id=39693\" src=\"https:\/\/www.maricruzavalos.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/04\/italian-easter-table-1024x683.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-39693\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.maricruzavalos.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/04\/italian-easter-table-1024x683.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/www.maricruzavalos.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/04\/italian-easter-table-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.maricruzavalos.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/04\/italian-easter-table-768x512.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.maricruzavalos.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/04\/italian-easter-table-150x100.jpg 150w, https:\/\/www.maricruzavalos.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/04\/italian-easter-table.jpg 1440w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Una vez terminado el desayuno, se comienza a preparar el almuerzo, que es igualmente abundante y apetecible con platillos t\u00edpicos de carne como el famoso cordero al horno con papas. La <em>crescia al formaggio<\/em> tambi\u00e9n hace su aparici\u00f3n aqu\u00ed, esta vez como una entrada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pero no es todo, el d\u00eda despu\u00e9s, es decir, el lunes; llega la famosa <em><strong>pasquetta<\/strong><\/em> (pasquita), donde es tradici\u00f3n tomar a la familia e irse a la playa, el parque o la monta\u00f1a a hacer un picnic con varios platillos t\u00edpicos que se transportan f\u00e1cilmente, como son precisamente la <em>crescia al formaggio<\/em>, la <em>torta pasqualina<\/em>,  el <em>casatiello<\/em>, la <em>colomba<\/em>, etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Receta paso a paso<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p><em>La lista de los ingredientes con las medidas exactas la encuentran abajo, en la tarjeta. Para que la receta les salga perfecta, yo les recomiendo de usar las medidas en gramos en lugar de tazas.<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>En un vaso poner el agua tibia, agregar el extracto de malta y la levadura. Agregar la mezcla de la levadura y mezclar solo con un poco de la harina creando una masa h\u00fameda (<em>poolish<\/em>). Lo importante es que tenga los bordes altos porque la masa crece mucho.<\/li><li>El <em>pecorino<\/em> es un queso con un sabor fuerte, si no est\u00e1n acostumbrados a este lo mejor es bajar la cantidad y substituirla por queso <em>parmigiano<\/em>.<\/li><li>Esta pizza es mucho m\u00e1s deliciosa si la preparan al menos con dos o tres d\u00edas de anticipaci\u00f3n.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Como conservar<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La <em>crescia al formaggio<\/em> dura hasta 5 d\u00edas a temperatura ambiente. Para evitar que la pizza se seque demasiado pueden envolverla con un trapo limpio y meterla dentro una bolsa de pl\u00e1stico o un contenedor con tapa herm\u00e9tica.<\/p>\n\n\n<div
