La miga fuerte ayudar\u00e1 a sostener y absorber la humedad y peso de los tomates. Solo aseg\u00farense que sean frescos y lo m\u00e1s jugoso posibles. Hay algo de especial en ese simple pedazo de pan tostado con sabor de ajo y aceite de oliva que me hace pedirlas cada vez que vamos a un restaurante, a\u00fan cuando haya entremeses m\u00e1s elaborados o famosos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sobre el aceite<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Una de las primeras cosas que aprend\u00ed aqu\u00ed en Italia es que la clave es cocinar con un buen aceite de oliva virgen extra, sobre todo cuando se trata de hacer una buena bruschetta con tomate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Siendo un platillo en el que se apreciar\u00e1n particularmente el sabor y aroma del aceite, yo les aconsejo de usar uno especialmente de buena calidad ya que por el contrario, si usan cualquier aceite esto podr\u00eda arruinar el sabor particular de este platillo mediterr\u00e1neo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Como Hacer Bruschetta de tomate<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Lavar y cortar en trocitos los tomates, ponerlos en un contenedor y salarlos.
