Y es que el motivo por el cual se llama as\u00ed es porque las berenjenas se cortan en cubitos peque\u00f1os que parecen hongos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hagan estas berenjenas salteadas y disfr\u00fatenlas para acompa\u00f1ar platillos de carne o en una <em>bruschetta<\/em> con mozzarella o queso <em>caciocavallo<\/em> \u00a1Se van a lamer los dedos!.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Receta Paso a Paso<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Lavar y cortar las berenjenas en cubitos peque\u00f1os de aproximadamente media pulgada (1.5cm). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Poner las berenjenas en un colador y espolvorearlas con sal, mezclar bien. Ponerlas en un plato.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En la misma cacerola sofre\u00edr el ajo en aceite de oliva por un par de segundos, cuidando de que no se queme (leer nota 2). Unir las berenjenas a la cacerola y albahaca al gusto troce\u00e1ndola con las manos. Poco a poco que la verdura se cueza, notar\u00e1n que empezar\u00e1 a soltar el aceite que absorbi\u00f3 al inicio.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Si les gusta el sabor del ajo, pueden agregarlo tambi\u00e9n picado
