Lo importante es que tenga una miga suave y una corteza ligeramente dura, no tanto como el pan artesanal pero tampoco tan blanda como el pan blanco de caja. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n pueden hacer <a href=\"https:\/\/www.maricruzavalos.com\/es\/pan-facil-y-rapido-sin-amasado\/\" class=\"rank-math-link\">este pan casero<\/a> que se presta muy bien para la capirotada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Capirotada Receta Mexicana Paso a Paso<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><em>Preparar el jarabe<\/em><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>En una olla poner el agua, la canela, los clavos de olor y el piloncillo (o melaza). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Llevar a hervor, bajar el fuego y cocinar mezclando hasta que el piloncillo se haya disuelto completamente y se haya formado un jarabe arom\u00e1tico y ligero (unos 10 minutos). Reservar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p><strong>NOTA: <\/strong>Una vez terminado de fre\u00edr todo el pan, fre\u00edr tambi\u00e9n las tortillas necesarias para cubrir el fondo del molde donde preparar\u00e1n la capirotada. Cubrir el molde o cazuela con papel aluminio y hornear por alrededor de 40 minutos.
