Los hongos salteados se pueden hacer tambi\u00e9n con hongos secos de dos maneras: La primera es que los pongan primero a remojar en un poco de agua tibia para que se suavicen y se cuezan m\u00e1s r\u00e1pidamente. Agregar la mantequilla y apenas se derrita agregar el ajo y sofre\u00edr por unos segundos para que suelte el aroma pero sin que llegue a dorarse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Agregar los hongos y salpimentar. Espolvorear con el perejil y servir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Notas<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Si deciden de usar hongos secos y no remojarlos solo aseg\u00farense que los hongos est\u00e9n bien empaquetados y limpios, libres de polvo o impurezas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Si usan hongos frescos deber\u00e1n primero limpiarlos y cortarlos en trozos. aromatice el preparado, al final pueden descartarlo.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Si les sobra un poco de estos hongos salteados pueden ponerlos en un contenedor con tapadera y ponerlos en el refrigerador donde
