Llevar a hervor y bajar la flama a baja, tapar la olla y dejar hervir por alrededor de 5 minutos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Unir la mezcla de avena y leche a la olla, enseguida el resto de la leche y el extracto de vainilla. Si lo quieren m\u00e1s espeso lo deben dejar unos minutos m\u00e1s. Si lo prefieren m\u00e1s l\u00edquido pueden agregar m\u00e1s leche o agua, pero recuerden de ajustar de az\u00facar si ese es el caso.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>No dejen de mezclar porque si lo hacen corren el riesgo que el atole se desborde o peor a\u00fan, que se pegue al fondo de la olla, lo que le dar\u00eda un sabor a quemado muy desagradable.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Si quieren saber como hacer atole de avena en su versi\u00f3n vegana y sin l\u00e1cteos, les comento que puede hacerlo simplemente utilizando alg\u00fan tipo de bebida vegana como la leche de soya, leche de coco o de almendras. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Si hacen esto \u00faltimo, yo les recomiendo que agreguen 1\/4 de taza extra de hojuelas de avena, para agregarle un poco m\u00e1s de cremosidad a la bebida.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tambi\u00e9n pueden hacer este atole sin leche, simplemente con agua. Es una versi\u00f3n muy econ\u00f3mica pero al mismo tiempo nutritiva y deliciosa.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Como Servir<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Sirve este delicioso atole calientito con nuestros <a href=\"https:\/\/www.maricruzavalos.com\/es\/tamales-de-puerco\/\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"145\">tamales de puerco<\/a> \u00a1Son la mejor combinaci\u00f3n que existe!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O acompa\u00f1a con unos <a href=\"https:\/\/www.maricruzavalos.com\/es\/polvorones-mexicanos\/\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"22348\">polvorones de az\u00facar<\/a> o unos picositos <a href=\"https:\/\/www.maricruzavalos.com\/es\/chilaquiles-verdes\/\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"19321\">chilaquiles verdes<\/a>, el dulce de esta bebida es perfecto para balancear sabores salados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Como Conservar y Recalentar<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Poner los sobrantes de atole en un contenedor con tapadera herm\u00e9tica o dejarlo muy bien tapado en la olla a temperatura ambiente durante todo un d\u00eda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si donde viven o dependiendo de la temporada, es muy caliente, lo mejor es ponerlo en el refrigerador donde puede durar hasta 3 o 4 d\u00edas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Recuerden siempre de dejarlo enfr\u00edar completamente antes de taparlo herm\u00e9ticamente o de meterlo al refrigerador.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para evitar que se le forme una capa de nata encima, basta que lo mezclen cada 4-5 minutos mientras se est\u00e1 enfr\u00edando.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para calentarlo lo vert\u00eda nuevamente en una olla y lo calentaba en la estufa.
