Con esos ingredientes se realiza una masa que al igual que con la masa para la pasta fresca, se utiliza para preparar una especie de bocaditos que se cuecen en agua para luego ser servidos con varias salsas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En Italia existen <a href=\"https:\/\/es.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/\u00d1oqui\" target=\"_blank\" aria-label=\"varios tipos de \u00f1oquis (opens in a new tab)\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" class=\"rank-math-link\">varios tipos de \u00f1oquis<\/a>, desde los tradicionales con solo harina, huevo y papas hasta los m\u00e1s elaborados que utilizan otros ingredientes para darles un toque de sabor y\/o color como los \u00f1oquis de calabaza (naranjas) o los \u00f1oquis de espinacas (verdes).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Entre las variantes est\u00e1n tambi\u00e9n los que utilizan otros tipos de harina, sea para darles una consistencia diferente que por cuestiones de tipos de dieta o gustos personales. Como por ejemplo los \u00f1oquis sin gluten o como los que les proponemos hoy: <strong>\u00f1oquis de harina integral<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredientes <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>HARINA<\/strong> (150 gr) &#8211; Para preparar esta receta es necesario un tipo de harina integral. Algunas veces entre marcas de harina existen algunas diferencias y muchas veces dependiendo de estas diferencias el grado de absorci\u00f3n es mayor o menor; por ello, mientras los preparan pueden agregar o quitar una o dos cucharadas de harina (como m\u00e1ximo) si fuera el caso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>PAPAS<\/strong> (1\/2 kg) &#8211; El tipo de papas que utilicen es importante ya que algunos tipos tienen m\u00e1s agua que otros. Personalmente prefiero las papas de c\u00e1scara roja pero ustedes pueden utilizar las papas que tengan disponibles. Mi recomendaci\u00f3n es que cuezan las papas con todo y la c\u00e1scara ya que esta ayuda a evitar que absorba mucha agua durante la cocci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>HUEVO<\/strong> (1) &#8211; Se utiliza normalmente un huevo por cada kilo de papa. Si quieren hacer menos (como en esta receta) deben utilizar un huevo peque\u00f1o, normalmente los huevos biol\u00f3gicos o de rancho son muy peque\u00f1os por ejemplo, as\u00ed que pueden usar uno de esos. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>SEMOLINA<\/strong> &#8211; Esto es opcional ya que se utiliza solamente para pon\u00e9rsela a los \u00f1oquis una vez que est\u00e1n preparados, evitando as\u00ed que se peguen entre ellos. Pueden utilizar tambi\u00e9n un poco de harina si no tienen semolina.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00d1oquis de harina integral receta paso a paso<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Poner las papas en una olla, cubrirlas completamente de agua y cocerlas hasta que est\u00e9n tiernas. Una vez que est\u00e9n cocidas y apenas sea posible tomarlas sin quemarse las manos, pelar las papas y machacarlas usando un machacador de papas o la base de un vaso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Poner las papas en una mesa de trabajo y hacer una fuente en medio. Agregar la harina y el huevo al centro, enseguida poner una pizca de sal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"683\" semolina o harina.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los \u00f1oquis de harina integral est\u00e1n listos para cocerlos y cocinarlos con la salsa de su preferencia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Consejos<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>No amasen demasiado la mezcla de harina y papas ya que este es el principal error que se hace y que resulta en unos \u00f1oquis duros de textura, en lugar de ser suaves como se supone deben ser.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Es recomendable dejar reposar los \u00f1oquis de harina integral por unos 5 o 10 minutos antes de cocerlos en agua para servirlos con la salsa que prefieran.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pueden poner los \u00f1oquis de harina integral en un contenedor con tapadera herm\u00e9tica y guardarlos en el
