Tambi\u00e9n se puede preparar con una mezcla de mitad harina integral y mitad harina todo uso. Para otro tipo de harinas como de almendras, coco, etc. Yo les recomiendo que sigan las instrucciones de la receta que lo pide ya que trabajar con ese tipo de harinas tiene un procedimiento diferente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>MANTEQUILLA:<\/strong> Seg\u00fan el tipo de textura que quieran conseguir la cantidad de mantequilla puede variar desde un 30% hasta un 70% del peso de la harina. La mayor parte de las recetas usan un 50%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>HUEVOS:<\/strong> Frescos y de buena calidad. Si desean pueden tambi\u00e9n omitir las claras y usar solamente las yemas. En este caso la pasta frola adquiere una textura m\u00e1s suave<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>AZ\u00daCAR<\/strong>: El az\u00facar que m\u00e1s se utiliza es el az\u00facar regular blanco y la cantidad va desde un 30% hasta un 60% del peso de la harina (300 gr harina = 90\/180 gr az\u00facar). Algunas veces se utiliza la az\u00facar fina (glass) y eso da como resultado una masa un poco m\u00e1s suave.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>AROMATIZANTES:<\/strong> Existen varias maneras de aromatizar la masa, las m\u00e1s comunes son con ralladura de <strong>c\u00e1scara de lim\u00f3n o de naranja<\/strong> y <strong>extracto de vainilla<\/strong>, pero dependiendo de la receta otros aromas tambi\u00e9n pueden agregarse o substituirse. Por ejemplo: Extracto de almendras, rum, extracto de flor de naranjo, lavanda, etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>Con las cantidades de ingredientes que les pongo abajo salen 500g de masa, suficiente para preparar una tarta de 22 cm (9&#8243;) de di\u00e1metro.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Como Hacer Pasta Frola<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>En un robot de cocina poner la harina, el az\u00facar, la sal y la mantequilla. Trabajar los ingredientes a velocidad baja hasta obtener una masa suave.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-theme-palette-7-background-color has-background\"><strong>Tip<\/strong>: Pueden hacer el proceso tambi\u00e9n a mano utilizando un tenedor o esp\u00e1tula para mezclar la harina con la mantequilla. Sin reposo la masa no tendr\u00e1 la consistencia adecuada para trabajarla despu\u00e9s, resultando en una masa floja y que se rompe o deshace facilmente. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>El tiempo m\u00e1s recomendable para el reposo es de 45 minutos dentro del refrigerador, pero 30 min tambi\u00e9n son un buen tiempo. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Una manera de \u00abacelerar\u00bb los tiempos de preparaci\u00f3n es poniendo la masa dentro el congelador por 10-15 minutos, pero en este caso solo cambia un poco la consistencia ya que en realidad la masa necesita del reposo un buen resultado en la textura.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Dos m\u00e9todos tradicionales para preparar la receta<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>La receta tradicional tiene dos m\u00e9todos para prepararse y cada uno es igual de v\u00e1lido, cambiando solamente un poco la textura del producto final:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>M\u00c9TODO 1<\/strong> &#8211; Usando una amasadora el\u00e9ctrica, primero se bate la mantequilla con el az\u00facar y los huevos hasta hacer una crema y enseguida se agregan el resto de los ingredientes. Esto da como resultado una masa m\u00e1s suave y compacta una vez horneada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>M\u00c9TODO 2<\/strong> &#8211; Usando las manos, un tenedor o un robot de cocina, primero se mezcla la mantequilla (muy fr\u00eda) y la harina, haciendo con esto una mezcla arenosa que es lo que precisamente har\u00e1 que la masa una vez horneada resulte m\u00e1s friable. El resto de los ingredientes se agregan despu\u00e9s de una manera veloz para evitar de calentar la masa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Hornear A Ciegas<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La pasta frola se presta a un tipo de horneado que se conoce como \u00abhornear a ciegas\u00bb. Este se realiza poniendo la masa en su respectivo molde y cubri\u00e9ndola con papel de horno, enseguida se pone encima un peso que ayudar\u00e1 a evitar que la masa se deforme. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dicho peso pueden ser unas bolitas de cer\u00e1mica (que son especiales para ello) o alg\u00fan legumbre crudo (frijoles, garbanzos , arroz, etc). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.maricruzavalos.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/4I2B0335.jpg\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Se termina de hornear por los minutos requeridos y enseguida se quita el papel, procediendo a hornear una segunda vez sea con el relleno -en el caso de tortas tipo pays- o sin el, en el caso de preparaciones donde no se requiera un relleno horneado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>En realidad no existe un m\u00e9todo de horneado perfecto o tradicional ya que este depende principalmente en cual receta est\u00e9n usando esta masa. Lo m\u00e1s recomendable pues es seguir las indicaciones de la receta que est\u00e9n preparando y hornear la masa acorde a ello.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Como Utilizar<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La pasta frola se utiliza en la preparaci\u00f3n de recetas tradicionales Italianas como la crostata (tarta) y galletas de varios tipos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les recomendamos las
