Las frittatas son precisamente eso, un platillo de reciclaje que no est\u00e1 nunca de m\u00e1s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Esta frittata de espaguetis la prepar\u00e9 con las sobras que nos quedaron hace unos d\u00edas cuando se me fue la mano y prepar\u00e9 una cuenco bastante grande de espaguetis. Normalmente nunca me pasa, sobre todo con la pasta, pero cuando es as\u00ed la frittata es siempre mi primera opci\u00f3n, en vez de recalentar la pasta que personalmente odio comerla as\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Algunos tips para preparar la frittata de espaguetis<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/hogar.prestazion.com\/que-sarten-debo-comprarteflon-ceramica-hierro-acero-inoxidable.html\" class=\"rank-math-link\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Usar la sart\u00e9n adecuada<\/a><\/strong>&nbsp;&#8211; Lo mejor es usar una sart\u00e9n que sea antiadherente y de paso evitamos tener que usar demasiado aceite.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Usar la sart\u00e9n de la medida adecuada<\/strong>&nbsp;-Entre m\u00e1s grande la sart\u00e9n, la frittata ser\u00e1 mas delgada. Salpimentar y agregar el albahaca picada. Mezclar bien por 1 minuto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Agregar los espaguetis y el queso al cuenco, mezclar muy bien y dejar resposando por 5 minutos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Calentar el aceite en una sart\u00e9n antiadherente. Poner la mezcla de huevos y espaguetis y distribuir muy bien.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cubrir la sart\u00e9n y bajar la flama al m\u00ednimo. Cocinar por 15 minutos o hasta que vean que la base de la frittata est\u00e1 ligeramente dorada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Subir a fuego medio la flama. Darle vuelta a la frittata usando un plato o la tapa de la sart\u00e9n.
