Pero claro, esto significa que quiz\u00e1s no es tan f\u00e1cil de conseguir fuera del pa\u00eds. As\u00ed que mi consejo es que experimenten con otro queso tipo <em>Provolone<\/em> o <em>Caciocavallo<\/em> que sean m\u00e1s accesibles.<\/p>\n<p><strong>ALBAHACA<\/strong> &#8211; No lo piquen con un cuchillo o corten con tijeras. Al final espolvorear con un poco de sal y algunas hojas de albahaca desmenuzadas con las manos.<\/p>\n<p>Cocinar la pasta <strong>muy<\/strong> <em>al dente<\/em> siguiendo las instrucciones del paquete.<\/p>\n<p>Mientras la pasta se est\u00e1 cociendo, calentar una cucharada de aceite en una cazuela grande y saltear el ajo hasta que suelte su aroma. Descartarlo.<\/p>\n<p>Agregar los calabacines a la cazuela dejando algunos para adornar el plato.
