Rojos y amarillos son el tipo que se usa en la receta tradicional. Son los m\u00e1s dulces.<\/p>\n<p><strong>TOMATES.<\/strong>\u00a0 Salsa hecha en casa o una buena calidad de la enlatada.<\/p>\n<p><strong>CEBOLLAS.\u00a0<\/strong>Blancas o doradas, yo prefiero cortarlas lo m\u00e1s finas posible para que se amalgamen bien en la salsa.<\/p>\n<p><strong>ACEITUNAS.\u00a0<\/strong>Personalmente prefiero las negras, pero cualquier otro tipo tambi\u00e9n queda bien.<\/p>\n<p><strong>ALCAPARRAS.<\/strong>\u00a0No se les olvide darles una buena lavada para quitarles el exceso de sal o salmuera.<\/p>\n<p><strong>HIERBAS Y ESPECIAS.<\/strong> Mucha albahaca.
