Nuestra recomendaci\u00f3n es la de usar tomates lo m\u00e1s maduro posibles para que la salsa tenga ese color rojo precioso. Los condimentos pueden ser ajo, or\u00e9gano, comino, pimienta, mejorana, epazote, cilantro o cualquier otra especia y\/o hierba que prefieran.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Relleno.<\/strong> En esta receta las proponemos rellenas de pollo desmenuzado. Filtrar el caldo de pollo y reservarlo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Preparar la salsa<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Poner los tomates y los chiles a hervir por un minuto en agua, dejarlos enfriar ligeramente y quitarles la piel, partirlos por la mitad y descartar las semillas (si se desea). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Poner los tomates en una licuadora junto con los chiles, unir el ajo sin piel, una pizca de or\u00e9gano y una taza de caldo de pollo. Repetir el proceso con todas las tortillas. Al final ba\u00f1ar con bastante salsa de tomate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para terminar poner encima de las entomatadas de pollo la crema, la cebolla morada y espolvorear el queso fresco. Servir inmediatamente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Como acompa\u00f1ar<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Pueden acompa\u00f1ar estas entomatadas de pollo con <a class=\"rank-math-link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.maricruzavalos.com\/es\/frijoles-refritos\/\">frijoles refritos<\/a>, <a class=\"rank-math-link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.maricruzavalos.com\/es\/arroz-rojo-mexicano\/\">arroz rojo<\/a> y <a class=\"rank-math-link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.maricruzavalos.com\/es\/guacamole\/\">guacamole<\/a>. Para tomar les recomendamos una agua fresca de <a class=\"rank-math-link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.maricruzavalos.com\/es\/agua-fresca-de-limon-y-chia\/\">chia con lim\u00f3n<\/a>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Y para terminar, de postre pueden servir este delicioso <a class=\"rank-math-link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.maricruzavalos.com\/es\/pastel-tres-leches\/\">pastel de tres leches<\/a> o unas <a class=\"rank-math-link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.maricruzavalos.com\/es\/coyotas-de-sonora\/\">Coyotas de Sonora<\/a> (galletas).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Consejos<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>El relleno.<\/strong> Es mejor siempre empezar por decidir el tipo de relleno. Que sea pollo, queso o vegetales, lo mejor es siempre tenerlo ya listo antes de ponernos a preparar las entomatadas.<\/li><li><strong>La salsa.<\/strong> Una buena idea es preparar la salsa para las entomatadas de pollo incluso con dos o tres d\u00edas de anticipaci\u00f3n si as\u00ed lo desean.<\/li><li><strong>Fre\u00edr las tortillas.<\/strong> Para que la tortilla aguante y no se desbarate al contacto con la salsa, es necesario fre\u00edrla. Cuando lo hagan cuiden solo de no dorarla porque podr\u00eda no enrollarse bien. Una leve pasada por aceite deber\u00eda bastar.<\/li><li><strong>\u00bfEnrollar o doblar?<\/strong> Lo que prefieran, aunque personalmente me declino por doblarlas ya que es m\u00e1s f\u00e1cil y r\u00e1pido.<\/li><li><strong>Servir.<\/strong> Este platillo va servido inmediatamente.
