Dicha salsa tiene una consistencia cremosa y con los justos toques de picante, muy al estilo mexicano. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Una receta t\u00edpica mexicana deliciosa y nutritiva. Pueden usar un poco entero cortado en piezas o usar solo las piezas que prefieran o tengan disponibles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>CACAHUATES<\/strong>. Tienen que ser sin sal y sin la piel marroncita que tienen. Si los encuentran ya tostados se ahorran ese paso en la receta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>TOMATES Y CEBOLLAS<\/strong>. Tomates y cebollas para la salsa y otro poco de cebollas para cocinar el pollo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>CHILES<\/strong>. 1 chile ancho y 1 chile pasilla son suficientes para darle solo un toque a la salsa ya que el sabor que debe prevalecer es el de los cacahuates. Si no tienen esos chiles pueden usar 2 cucharadas de Paprika en polvo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>ESPECIAS<\/strong>. Ajo, laurel, clavos, pimienta, comino y canela. Las cantidades son solo indicativas. Ustedes pueden ajustarlas a su gusto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pollo Encacahuatado Receta Paso a Paso<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><em>La lista de ingredientes la encuentran abajo en la tarjeta.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En una olla poner el pollo, agregar abundante agua. Unir la cebolla, el ajo, el laurel y un poco de sal. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cocer el pollo hasta que est\u00e9 tierna la carne (unos 30 minutos). Quitarle el ped\u00fanculo a los chiles y con unas tijeras hacer un corte a lo largo para abrirlos y descartar las semillas y venas. Si por el contrario les gustar\u00eda m\u00e1s una salsa \u00abr\u00fastica\u00bb bastar\u00e1n unos cuantos segundos.<\/li><li>Pueden usar pollo que hayan cocido anteriormente y que les haya sobrado. Yo he llegado a preparar esta receta \u00a1Usando incluso pollo rostizado!<\/li><li>Tengan mucho cuidado cuando tuesten los cacahuates ya que tienen a quemarse r\u00e1pidamente. H\u00e1ganlo a fuego muy bajo, se tardar\u00e1n un poco pero ser\u00e1 mejor a que se quemen.<\/li><li>La cantidad de especias que les pongo en los ingredientes se puede ajustar y poner menos o m\u00e1s de las que m\u00e1s les agraden.<\/li><li>La consistencia de la salsa puede variar. M\u00e1s tiempo la dejan hervir m\u00e1s se adensar\u00e1. H\u00e1ganlo a fuego muy bajo, se tardar\u00e1n un poco pero ser\u00e1 mejor a que se quemen.<\/li>\n<li>La cantidad de especias que les pongo en los ingredientes se puede ajustar y poner menos o m\u00e1s de las que m\u00e1s les agraden.<\/li>\n<li>La consistencia de la salsa puede variar.
